The PDSC Center is represented by Dr. Mahmoud El Samman, providing technical support to several organizations inside and outside Egypt, including Qatar University, Supreme Council for Family Affairs, Qatar, Public Works Authority, through cooperation between the PDSC Center and Qatar Foundation for Development and Information.
